RAÚL RAYGADAS VELA.

Raúl Raygadas Vela is a lawyer graduated from the Intercontinental University with postgraduate studies at the Japan Institute of Industrial Innovation (JIII) and the Japan Patent Office (JPO).

During more than 20 years of experience, he has worked in the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, both in the area of ​​Protection of Industrial Property and in the Divisional Directorate of Trademarks, where he participated in the preparation of resolutions of administrative declarations of nullity , expiration, cancellation and infringements of both patents and distinctive signs and various enforcement actions of the judgments issued by the Collegiate Circuit Courts related to said resolutions.

Likewise, it participated in the review and approval of applications for the registration of distinctive signs, as well as in the preparation and approval of resolutions of denials of distinctive signs.

He has also worked in various law firms where he has been in charge of coordinating the Intellectual Property area, preparing and reviewing both the applications for the registration of distinctive signs and patents, as well as requests for administrative declaration of nullity, expiration, cancellation and infringement. both patents and distinctive signs; preparation of Nullity and Protection Proceedings related to said requests, preparation of contracts for the transfer of rights, licenses for use and franchise; control and supervision of applications for the registration of patents and distinctive signs with correspondents from the United States of America, the European Union, Africa, Asia and Latin America; and the development, review and coordination of procedures related to Electronic Law and the Internet.

He has been a member and participated in various conferences of international associations of intellectual property lawyers such as the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).

He is fluent in Spanish and English.

ISRAEL ELIZONDO CORTINA.

Israel Elizondo Cortina is a lawyer graduated from the Intercontinental University and has a specialty in Commercial Procedural Law from said University, as well as a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Anáhuac del Norte University.

For more than 20 years he has held positions in the Public Sector among which are those of Electoral Counselor of the Federal Electoral Institute in Yautepec, Morelos, and Administrative Verifier in the Mayor’s Office of Xochimilco.

Likewise, he served as Technical Secretary of the Cooperative Development and Social Economy Commission, as well as Parliamentary Advisor, both positions in the H. Chamber of Deputies, where he was in charge of the preparation and analysis of various initiatives of Laws, of related opinions with them and the organization of Congresses and Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings of the Commission.

He has also been Legal Director in various companies where he has been in charge of various procedures with Public Institutions, as well as the areas of Corporate Law, Labor Law, Immigration Law, Civil Law and Commercial Law, also in charge of Litigation and Tax Management.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
